Programs we provide to maintain coffee, espresso and other related equipment to restaurants, cafes and businesses.

Coffee Equipment Maintenance Program

A regular coffee brewer exchange program is your ideal solution in providing consistent quality to your customers. With this in mind we have prepared a program to ensure your coffee brewers and tea towers deliver steady and reliable operation for your business.

In this package, a complete exchange of brewing equipment will take place at regularly scheduled six-month intervals. As a result, ownership of equipment will change at every visit. All parts and labour are included and covered by a six-month warranty. Items not included will be limited to those directly related to water quality, dissolved mineral build up and damage caused by misuse of the equipment. Blocked flow tubes, spray heads, and water level probes are not warranted.

Espresso Equipment Maintenance Program

Espresso machines require general maintenance done on a bi-yearly basis. We provide this general maintenance to your machine, replacing the brewer gaskets among other general wear and tear parts as well as test your machine for reliability and quality. We want to make sure that your machine is running at it’s best to provide you with the best espresso possible for you and your customers.

Softener Program

Espresso machines among other water related equipment are not able to handle the hard water in our area. For this it is best to use softened water. We provide a softener program where we exchange your water softener on a regularly scheduled basis to provide you with soft water for any and all equipment that requires soft water.

Filter Program

We track your filter’s timeline and change it when it becomes time for a new one. These include filters for water coolers, coffee machines or for general use. There are of course many different types of water filters out there. Find out which water filter is best suited towards your needs.
