We are an authorized warranty repair centre for warranty repairs and general service and maintenance for Kitchener-Waterloo, Cambridge and Guelph area for Saeco, Gaggia and Unic equipment.

Saeco, Gaggia & Spidem

We are an authorized Service Centre for the Saeco, Gaggia and Spidem lines of equipment on commercial and residential machines. We provide the one-year warranty from the purchase date for both Saeco and Gaggia machines sold by valid Saeco Ontario dealers. We also provide theProtection & Maintenance Plan offered by Saeco. The brewing unit for automatic machines as of June 1, 2009 is guaranteed for the life of your machine. What we require is your receipt of the machine from where you purchased it. Your receipt must include your name, the machine you purchased with the serial number and the transaction date. For the Protection & Maintenance Plan we require the receipt of service agreement.

Unic

We are an authorized Service Centre for the Unic equipment.

Please call the toll free number listed your the Francis Francis! package: (877) 855-4540. When we receive your information we will contact you directly for shipping instructions. Francis Francis! warranty includes transportation to and from our repair depot.

If machine is not under warranty you may call or email us directly.

Depending on part availability the average repair wait for residential equipment is three to four days. Commercial equipment depends on the severity of the problem of the machine.
