Sales

Our knowledgeable Sales Team provides all our customers with our experience and expertise to service all of your coffee service needs.

Brenda

Position:
Sales Representative

Brenda is a people person. She takes great pride in understanding the needs of people and helping them find solutions.

She understands and enjoys coffee! In her spare time, she loves to entertain at home with her own Cappuccino bar.
 

Jorge

Position:
Sales Representative

Born in Colombia, Jorge has grown up surrounded by coffee. As a youth he picked coffee beans right from the bush. Since starting at Gold Roast Jorge has become our in-house barista expert creating masterful cappuccinos for our staff and some timely drop-in customers. Always friendly he offers his expert advice to all his customers making sure they remain happy with their coffee selections.

When not working Jorge enjoys biking, working out, cooking and baking.

Service

Our expert technicians and service associates are available to assist you with your coffee, espresso and related equipment. Their years of experience have allowed them to gain a wealth of knowledge with most makes and models.

Bruce

Position:
Service Technician

Always keeping busy, Bruce is often found on the road repairing coffee and espresso equipment. In the past he has worked in sales and delivered coffee to customers.

When he is not on the road Bruce enjoys visiting his rather large family and helping out his local community.
 

Gerry

Authorized Service Associate

Since starting out in the water softener industry Gerry has become a wealth of information on a vast assortment of coffee, espresso and vending equipment. Mainly he is out on location repairing customer’s equipment and offering his expert advice.

When not working he enjoys playing cards, golfing and spoiling his grandchildren.
 

Joel

Position:

Junior Service Technician

Joel has taken a keen interest in learning how equipment operates and how to repair them and is now our Bunn specialist.

When not working, Joel enjoys learning to repair computers, speed skating, stage productions, curling, and is always planning his next mission trip.

Office Management

Our office staff is available during regular business hours to assist you with any problems or questions you may have. Drop by to take a look at what we have available in our showroom and have an espresso while you visit.

Anita

Position:
Operations/Office Manager

Anita has years of experience working in office environments and now gets to see the world from the caffeine-driven side.

When not working, she is often home with her family being the ultimate soccer mom and enjoys spending time with friends.
 

Christine

Position:
Accounts Payable/Receivable

As part of the Gold Roast team she manages the accounting department. She is in the office on Wednesdays and Fridays.

She enjoys yoga, cooking and helping out the local community.
