Cafe Con Miel |

Honey has a wonderful flavour, as well as adding some natural sweetness to your cup of coffee. It doesn't take much to change the whole feeling of your cup.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups coffee (hot)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 tbsp honey
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Heat everything until warm, but don't let it boil. Stir well until the honey dissolves completely in the coffee, and serve.
Serves 3

Iced Mocha |

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups cold coffee
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
- 1/4 cup white sugar
|
Directions:
Pour coffee into ice cube tray. Freeze until solid, or overnight. In a blender, combine coffee ice cubes, milk, chocolate syrup and sugar. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.

Classic Coffee Float |

Ingredients:
- 180ml(6 Oz) chilled Coffee
- 1 scoop vanilla ice-cream
- Iced Cubes or coffee iced cub
|
Directions:
Fill a pint-size glass with the chilled coffee. Add a scoop of iced-cream and iced cubes or coffee iced cubes.

Caramel Coffee Freeze |
 |
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups crushed ice
- ¾ cup Dulce de Leche (or Vanilla Ice Cream)
- ½ cup cold Double-Brewed Coffee
Optional Toppings:
- Whipped Cream
- Ground Cinnamon
- Caramel Syrup
|
Directions:
In a blender, mix crushed ice, dulce de leche and cold double-brewed coffee until smooth. If desired, garnish with whipped cream, ground cinnamon and caramel topping. Makes two servings.
