Equipment Rentals

Want to add pizzazz to your special function? How about renting an espresso machine from us for your wedding, gala, charity or even a family event? We have commercial espresso and coffee machines available.

Our fee structure:

The initial rental fee includes the rental of a commercial machine, the needed accessories and instructions on how to operate the equipment. This fee covers a period of one week. For on-site delivery and training add an extra $70.00/hr. Travel charges may apply at $70.00/hr. Taxes are extra. Days above and beyond that intial period are extra (refer to "Additional Days").
If you require someone to man the machine at your function we can do so at $40.00 per hour (minimum 2 hours labour).

Coffee thermals are available for rent. These units hold 8L of liquid with a site glass tube for viewing the levels of coffee left. Please note limited quantities are available.

What you need:

• All you need to have is dedicated power source and a water supply source (soft water must be used for espresso machines)
• A valid credit card (VISA or MasterCard) as a deposit.
• An interest in having great espresso and coffee

What we provide:

A simple easy-to-use commercial machine Espresso and coffee accessories as needed (eg. frothing jug) Espresso, coffee and other product offerings as needed Training as required Our experience in making great espresso An on-site Gold Roast employee if requested to prepare espresso for your event (dependent on Gold Roast availability) - $40.00/hr, 2 hours minimum

Does Gold Roast provide office serivces to your place of work? Are you doing a special function for charity? Inquire about your special rates.
Please note that limited selections and quantities of espresso machines are available. On a first come, first serve basis. Reservations are accepted. Prices may change depending on your requirements. We retain the right to change the equipment machines and to refuse rentals.

IMPORTANT! Do not keep equipment out in the cold, will cause major damage to equipment.
